OK We have had our literary education now and it would like to redirect the list to our topic area. Before we go though I want to complement Charles on making his point without attacking another (in fact he complimented the person several times). That said, all of this falls in the area of 'talking about posters instead of the posts'. Please do NOT talk about people who are posting or give your opinion of them or their skills. Stick to talking about ideas and issues. ALSO if you see someone post something that you think everyone knows is not a good idea - there is no reason to jump on it. Let it just float away. If you really feel that it will mislead the group, a simple counter post is all that is needed. When the issue is taken up for discussion, the information is all available then. Finally, I would like us to try to practice what we preach. So pleas DO use plain simple language. English is NOT the first language of many people on this list - and tapping our education in English to the limit is not very considerate to those whose language is not English - or perhaps not even European. Thanks much Gregg ------------------------ Gregg C Vanderheiden Chair
