of the content is operable via a keyboard or keyboard interface."
       (Issue 891)
     * Guideline 2.4: removed success criterion, "Different structural
elements look or sound different from each other and from body

"Supplying an informative title for each page or resource that
can be accessed independently (for example, from a search results
page)," and, "Supplying a unique title for each page or resource
that can be accessed independently (for example, from a search
       results page)." (Issue 830)
     * Guideline 2.4: added new criterion at level 2 that reads, "Each
page or other resource that can be accessed separately and that
supports a title has a title that identifies the subject or
purpose of the resource." (Issue 830)
     * Guideline 2.4: removed criteria from level 3, "Structural
emphasis is evident on at least the following displays: (a) black
and white monitor, (b) low resolution screens (160 x 160 pixels),
       (c) "mono" audio playback devices." (Issue 831)

read, "The destination of each link is identified through words
or phrases that either occur in the link or can be
programmatically determined." Was, "The target of each link is
       clearly identified." (Issue 832)

  Glossary
