        Hello All,
The above figured in the discussion yesterday and I  put together a quick  doc that might serve as a point of entry  into the WCAG 2  resources. See attached WCAG2-TOC.htm.
It is a rough draft for discussion  as it conveys the  general idea. A flowchart or graphic that shows inter-relationships between resources can also be in this doc.
