End to ends with new numbers

Here's a redo of my end to end analysis. I had previously looked at to Dec
CSS document and didn't realize there was a more recent one with different
numbering :-(

 

 

I found Guideline 2.4 level 2#1 to have huge implications to CSS.

 

2.4.2.1 "Different structural elements look or sound different from each
other and from body text. [V]"

 

 

Guideline 1.4 SC1 mapped to CSS 1.4, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8

 

Guideline 2.4 SC2 mapped to CSS 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.12(perhaps), 3.1, 3.3,
3.5, 

 

Guideline 2.4 SC3 mapped to CSS 3.1
