Hi, Perhaps, one possibility is that there was an initial assumption was that the best approach to web page accessibility was for there to be only one version of a web page. This could be an example of a chosen value limiting analysis of alternative approaches. Scott > I am sure there are some "reasonably obvious" groupings. Why aren't > they documented anywhere?
