In this meeting we shall continue our discussion of success criteria,
resuming at checkpoint 3.1.

Reminder: at the end of last week's meeting, members of the working
group were invited to consider how the checkpoint text itself should
be reworded in view of the revised success criteria. This will be the
starting point for Thursday's deliberations.
