The last sentence in the new WCAG 2.0 in the conformance section is acatually a sentence fragment. The sentence as intended is written below. I am posting to the list for discussion before adding to the document. 3. It is possible and recommended that sites report specificy which criteria they have met within each of the guidelines and checkpoints.
