   description" should be a separate checkpoint).

2. Revised text of checkpoint 2.1 (as in latest draft).

3. Whether checkpoint 4.1 is redundant.

4. Any other issues that need to be resolved before the draft is
   released publicly via the W3C Technical Reports page.
