Hello all,

Due to a power outage, the W3C e-mail servers have been down since Monday 
night.  This is a test to see how long it will take this message to get 
through and if we might have lost any messages the last few days.

Jason sent an agenda the other day, hopefully it will arrive before this 
message. <grin/>
