The purpose of the meeting is to consider comments which have been made with respect to this version of the document, prior to publication as a public working draft. Specifically, we shall examine comments by Ian Jacobs, as discussed on the mailing list, together with any other issues which have been raised prior to the meeting, and then decide whether to publish the document as a public working draft, subject to whatever changes have been agreed upon.
