Question 1: Yes, but it can be worked on
Question 2: Yes. These basic ideas are simple, and presented,
I believe, in a fashion most people can understand. We must ensure that the
reader understands that to implement these guidelines, they must follow the
technology specific documents. But then, all the technology specific
documents would all have to be normative - and that will probably be
simplicity's undoing..........................................Katie
