Hmmm. I reckon that the proposed use is probably valid, according to the
specification.
I think something like "Use the HTML heading elements <code>h1</code>,
<code>h2</code>, ..." is better english expression.
I would try to keep the use of variables to examples of program code,
mathematics, and so on.
