URGENT Next face-to-face: picking dates from plenary

I am forwarding on the relevant details about requesting space for a face
to face in conjunction with the plenary session in February. We need to
answer the following questions before 26 October 2000. I would like to
respond sooner because meeting space is on a first come first serve
basis. There is room left for 8 groups.

Please send responses to the six questions embedded in this e-mail.

Thank you,
