You can turn off the use of style sheets in Navigator 4.x. Internet explorer E 4.0 allows partial disabling of style sheet when you turn off color and font styles in the accessibility options. IE does not disable CSS positioning though at this point, it hopefully will be a feature in IE 5.0.
