It's a questionnarie, e.g.  it says

HTML frames used to subdivide a browser screen into smaller and separate 
sub-units can be very inaccessible to persons using screen readers:

A. You use frames on your Web page and provide no accessible alternatives.

B. You use frames, but provide easy access to a non-framed alternative that

Then it adds up your score.
