per today's discussion, i have added the following clarification to the 
first bullet under "related deliverables" in the deliverables section of 
the charter [1].

Design or code for open source software such as Mozilla, Amaya, 
etc.  Coding may include writing a schema to be used by a variety of tools 
to store evaluation and repair data about a page or site.
