2. Continued discussion on requirements for description language for 
accessibility of sites or web pages.

3. If time, start discussion on question: Shall we ask GL to add a new 
guideline: that web sites should be designed so that their accessibility is 
most readily verifiable.  This includes: minimum of human judgment 
required, verification possible by people with disabilities.
