Friday meeting and HPWDUTW survey

Good morning EO!

This Friday, November 10 is a US holiday and there are some key absences, so we will not be having a meeting.

In its place, though, we have a survey that we would like everyone to fill out. This survey follows up on the "How People With Disabilities Use Web - Diverse Abilities and Barriers and Tools and Techniques" approval to publish survey. Jayne has been hard at work making lots of great edits and we need the team to look at the changes and provide any additional feedback.

To be clear, this is not another approval to publish survey, nor are we asking for another full review of the Diverse Abilities and Barriers and Tools and Techniques sections. We are only asking you to review the changes that have been made since that previous approval to publish survey.

There are two sections - substantial changes and all changes. If you are limited on time, please prioritize the substantial changes, as those are places were new content was added or substantially re-written and require the most attention.
