[EOWG] - Survey open through 2 November

Hello EOWG,

As mentioned in the meeting today (quick minutes if you missed the meeting<https://www.w3.org/2022/10/28-eo-minutes#item08> [1]), please schedule a couple of hours on your calendar each week through the rest of 2022 in order to complete surveys. We are working to publish a lot of resources between now and the end of the year, so we will have a lot of surveys coming your way. We want everyone to have time available each week for reviews. Please schedule the time. Thank you.

First up is a quick turnaround on the Authoring Tools List Submission Form survey<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/Authoring-Tool-List-Form-Publish/> [2]. Please complete this survey by next Wednesday, 02 November. Even if you cannot do the full review, complete question #1 at a minimum.
