Hello EOWG, *There will be no teleconference meeting this Friday, 20th October.* If you have not read the minutes from last week's meeting <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/EOWG_Meetings_2017#13_October_Teleconference> please do so to be aware of the summary of the usability study two weeks ago and the progress and rough plan for moving forward on revision of our resources for the redesign. *Some key items of note:* - *Resource Progress - *Our next meeting will be on 27 October. We will have updates from our editor teams for the resources that we are working on at the moment for the redesign. Editors, please be prepared to give an update on progress and expected next steps. - *Thank You -* Planning team would like to give a big thank you to editors. You all have been working hard on your assigned resource and we want to appreciate and acknowledge that work. The planning team owes some feedback to a few of you and we are trying to get that done ASAP. Special thanks to Vivienne, Laura, Nic, Norah, Vicki, and Shawn for having your resource soon ready for review!!! - *Resource Repositories -* Editors please note: Eric is making changes to existing GitHub repositories for each resource being moved over to the redesigned site. He is also setting up new ones for resources that currently don’t have a repository. In each repository he is creating a new issue called "wai-redesign-prep" which explains the steps needed to integrate the resource into the new site. This keeps track of the progress for him and Resource Managers (Editors). Once he makes the changes, you as editors are able to see how the content will look in the new site and be able to report any issues of formatting or other bugs to Eric. If you have any question on details for the process for your resource, feel free to ask directly in that issue. Thank you for your continued commitment.
