Objet : Introduction: Nic Steenhout

Hello everyone,

Some of you may know me, or of me but as I'm becoming more active here, I think it's a good idea to introduce myself.

I've recently started working with Knowbility as a Web Accessibility Specialist. I've been involved one way or another with web accessibility for over 20 years now (yes, that dates me!). Over the years I've been involved in accessibility advocacy, training, and consulting and many other aspects of accessibility. I've worked on a few Open Source projects, including Mambo and Joomla! I have given a good number of conferences presentations about accessibility.

I have been tasked with some editing and rewriting some of the EO material for the site, something that I enjoy doing :)

I look forward to getting to know more of you and to help where I can.

Nic Steenhout
Montréal, QC, Canada
