EOWG - TPAC Face-to-Face - 07, 09 November

Greetings EOWG, (if not attending TPAC EOWG F2F Meeting jump to last
paragraph)

I wanted to send out a reminder for those of you who are attending, or
considering attending the EOWG Face-to-Face meeting at TPAC on November 7th
and 9th in San Francisco, CA USA.

If you are planning to attend the meeting but have not yet registered or
made flight and lodging arrangements, I want to press on you the importance
of doing so quickly.

**Registration** Registration is currently $117/day for attending TPAC
(includes food, wifi, meeting space, etc.) This will increase to $175/day
after October 6th. TPAC Registration information

have successfully registered and paid, you name will be on the list.

**Lodging** Venue and Hotel Information

Regency San Francisco Airport
<https://sanfranciscoairport.regency.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html> [4]> may
already be fully booked. Other hotels are also expected to be fully booked
because of many events happening all at once in the San Francisco metro
area. There are a block of rooms at a discount rate at the conference
hotel. They may be sold out, but wouldn't hurt to call and keep checking as
some people may end up cancelling reservations due to change of plans.

**Transportation** Preferred flights may be harder to come by and costs of
flight may be going up as we get closer to TPAC dates in November.

Please make arrangements as soon as possible if you are planning to attend.
