This is an fyi on minor updates. (Thanks to Vicki for catching them!)

Under https://www.w3.org/WAI/users/inaccessible.html#pointers first sentence
* added "the": Consider telling the organization about...

Under "What Computer and Software are You Using?"
* changed "the operating system you are using, and the version; for example, Windows Vista, Mac OS X, or Linux Ubuntu 9.10
the browser software you use to view the Web, and the version; for example, Internet Explorer 6 (IE 6), Firefox 3.5, Chrome 3.0.195.38, Opera 10, Safari 4.0.4, etc."
-> to: "the operating system you are using, and the version; for example, Windows 10, macOS 10.13, or Linux Ubuntu 17.10
the browser software you use to view the Web, and the version; for example, Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11), Firefox 60, Chrome 62.0, Opera 45, Safari 10.1.2, etc.

changed: "I use Windows XP with Internet Explorer V.7 and Tazti voice recognition software to navigate the computer screen and the Web
I use the NVDA screen reader release 0.6 with Windows Vista Home edition and the Firefox browser version 3.0.5"
-> to "I use Windows 10 with Internet Explorer V.11 and Tazti voice recognition software to navigate the computer screen and the Web
I use the NVDA screen reader version 2017.2 with Windows 10 Home edition and the Firefox browser version 60

Under "Sample Email 2",
* changed "I listen to web pages with the NVDA screen reader (version 0.6). I use Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 8."
-> to "I listen to web pages with the NVDA screen reader (version 2017.2). I use Windows 10 and Internet Explorer 11."

Under Sample Email 3",
* changed "I have a WinXP laptop and use  Opera browser version 8."
-> to: "I have a Win10 laptop and use Chrome browser version Version 60.0.3112.78."

Changed footer date and am updating the changelog...
