[Tutorials] Menus, Page Structure: Editorial Review

Hi Kris Anne and Norah,

Thanks again for volunteering for the  editorial review of the tutorials 
and sorry for the delay.

You can do the review in the way you want. Last time, Kris Anne copied 
the text into word and tracked the changes which was totally fine.

If you want to (try to) make the edits directly on GitHub, I have 
included edit links below. Click the pen to edit the text directly.[^1]

As the **menus** have already been reviewed by the group multiple times, 
I think it would be good if **Norah** would take on those, and **Kris 
Anne looks at the page structure** tutorial.

What we are looking for is:
* active language
* simplification of sentences
* likely the odd missing comma
* also likely the odd comma too much

Feel free to flag everything that you need more input on.

We will also send out the review survey for the whole group out this 
week, so the sooner we can fix the editorial issues the better. If you 
could do it by Wednesday, it would be awesome!
