Survey is posted - proposed new tutorials and update to BAD

Dear busy, hard working colleagues,

This is your friendly reminder, sent in the form of a quote from the survey
itself which says:

If you can do some or all of this Survey by Wednesday 29 March, then we can
process comments in EO-Plan on Thur and prepare for any discussion needed
on the Friday 31 March EOWG teleconference. Also, tutorial outlines will
evolve, but early feedback is very valuable to inform development.

So if you have a chance, look at these materials and weigh in with your
