Re: WCAG 2.1 in the FAQ

Looks good to me. Only comment: "Late comments would delay the 
standard." should be "Late comments may not be able to be considered in 
time to be addressed in this version of WCAG." I do not want to imply 
any opportunity for people to try to delay us. Michael
