WCAG 2.1 in the FAQ

Hi all,

I am updating "What about WCAG 2.1?" at
	https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/wcag2faq#v21

Suggestions for edits very welcome.

(The WCAG Overview links to that FAQ question under "WCAG 2.1 and other guidelines" <https://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/wcag#wcag21> -- rather than have redundant info in both places.)
