EOWG Approval of QuickRef positioning - Last Call

Hi EOWG folks,

We would like to finalize the major user interface design aspects of the QuickRef redesign soon, particularly the positioning of the Filter (formerly Customize) options.

The latest QuickRef mockup:
     http://w3c.github.io/wai-wcag-quickref/8
has the proposed positioning of the Contents and Filter panels on the left with tabs. This is based on processing user feedback. [1]

Note:
* This is an in-progress mockup and some things are still buggy, especially in Chrome.
* We can continue to tweak minor design aspects such as spacing and color, so you don't need to approve that yet. Do feel free to comment on any of it now.

If you haven't already, *by Thursday 16 July* please indicate your approval of the positioning in:

Thanks!
