Updated work for this week - can you help keep the momentum going?

Hello dear colleagues,

Thanks everyone for your input, it has been tremendously helpful!  Shawn
has updated the work for this week

The barrage of input requests is because Kevin and Eric have been
implementing the useful changes you suggested last week and would *greatly*
appreciate your feedback to keep the momentum going.

I know several of you have put in review time this week already but if you
can spare a bit more time, these resources are really showing improvement
based on your thoughtful review and input.  So thanks a million and here is
