Re: WAI website nav updates

Thanks, Shawn.  IMO it looks terrific!  I particularly like the way the
tutorials look clicking through from the WAI site.  I was pleasantly
surprised how well they visually fit together.  It's things such as the
color scheme -- in particular the use of the brick-color border at the top
of the tutorials.  IMO it would have been OK if they didn't visually mesh,
but so nice that they do.
