Tutorial Feedback wanted

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know that you can (and should) have a look
at the images and tables tutorial now after I added/fixed some things
since friday. Shawn will send out a questionnaire you may want to use,
soon.

We now got _two versions_ of the tutorials to review:

- http://w3.org/WAI/tutorials/ -> Those pages will stay the same until
after the review phase.
- https://w3c.github.io/wai-tutorials/ -> Those pages will change
whenever suggestions get incorporated.

You can chose which version you want to work with. If you want to give
feedback through Github, the latter is more appropriate. For all other
feedback channels I expect that the version on the W3C page is used.

**Changes since Friday:**

- Tried to make the intro of the *Cover Page* nicer. [1]

- *Images:* Added a clear example of longdesc used with a fragment
identifier (“hash link”). [2]

- *Images:* Removed parts of the text that referred to an “`alt`
tooltip”, which doesn’t exist in any browser but IE up until version
7. [alt-diff]

- *Tables:* Added iconic images to the tables cover page. [3]

- *Tables:* Added notes about assistive technology to the summary [4]
and <figure> [5] approaches.

Best, Eric
