EOWG,

Based on Scott's column, I made the following edits to the "published" draft at <http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/preliminary>:
* Added "optional" to heading: Tools: FF Toolbar and IE WAT (optional)
* Added list of things not covered in Encourage thorough accessibility evaluation section
* Added placeholder for new section: Plain Content View
I also went ahead and added "markup" to the Background section.

These are listed at the end of the document under "changelog" at <http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/preliminary.html#changelog>

If you have any concerns with these edits, let me know and I'll revert them until we can discuss. If you have suggestions for other edits, please add them to the main wiki page: <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/Easy_Checks>

fyi, I also commented on Scott's column: <http://www.accessiq.org/news/w3c-column/2013/07/easy-checks-a-path-to-wcag-simplicity#comment-62>
