EOWG: Analysis page for potential new deliverable

Hi all,

Today we talked more about a potential new deliverable like Easy Checks but for developing web pages (whereas Each Checks is for evaluating existing pages).

As promised, I started a wiki page to use for analysis -- what would be the goals? who is the target audience? etc.
