Regarding Agenda Item 2: Promoting Accessibility.

I made a slight expansion of the Audience / Message section and added
a pitch to college instructors to the Blog, Newsletter... Section.

I am working on getting a list of CS, IT and Human Factors programs to
mail out the notice.  We're about a month late for course preparation.
 Many people have their course outlines set by now.
