Training Suite updates

I've added suggestions following discussions during the 22-June-2012
teleconference to the wiki [1] under the section about lower priorities.

I've also sent Shawn amended HTML pages incorporating these suggestions and
the other updates identified in anticipation of a WBS to approve release.
