It converts 2 columns to 1.  All you do is ctl-+ or cmd-+ depending on your
browser and system.

I works with Safari, Firefox and IE.  IE flakes a little.  It is fine
to 200% but cannot
handle bigger.  IE ignore the "max-width" property of css.
