I corrected the two missing words.

I think providing more details on services for transcripts is out of scope for this page. We could link to the WCAG 2.0 Technique <http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/NOTE-WCAG20-TECHS-20081211/G158>, which includes a link to an RNIB article on the topic.
