Re: EOWG: Business Case updated

I think that in the Overview page [1] the list of Factors subpages now 
moved to the top rather hides the main content. Perhaps it doesn't need 
so much description here, and it doesn't appear in the "Page Contents" 
list at the side. Solutions:

* Maybe it should all be in a "Document map" section and included in the 
sidebar.

* Or indicate the importance of this overview page more up front. "This 
overview helps you" could say "This overview (Introduction, Developing a 
Customized Business Case, ...) helps you" or "This overview page 
(contents in <a>sidebar menu</a>) helps you"

* Or "This multipage document helps you develop a customized business 
case for a specific organization. It consists of this overview page and 
the following four pages covering the different aspects of the business 
case for Web accessibility:"

Tweak: In the Social Factors page, second paragraph the text of the link
"focus on a specific social group, such as <a>older people</a>."
might be more descriptive of the target ("Access for Older People") if 
it said
"focus on a specific social group, for example ensuring <a>access for 
older people</a>."
