If cut/paste can "hand it to them on a plate", that would be great - else this is OK.

In fact the same document could serve both the WCAG-to-MWBP route and the "both" situation? 

E.g., "Step 1: if you have already complied with some version/level of WCAG, then skip to step X"

Step 2: choose version/level.

Step X: [insert instructions on complying with WCAG at various chosen version/levels]

This means that the "together" page would be reduced simply to advice on:

1. Choose you WCAG version and level.
2. Use the appropriate WCAG-to-MWBP page to add mobile requirements.

Which doesn't hand it to people on a plate, but tells them how to do it 
for themselves.
