For Friday's call: EOWG Scribe setup

Helle, William, others from EOWG: Will someone volunteer to set up the information robots, agenda, and such per the instructions under "Before the Meeting" at http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2003/template.html
This should be done several minutes before the start of the teleconference, and can be done right now if you'd like.
