Having read through it [1] I have some observations to make: * Maybe it could explain what the group has achieved in the past, as an introduction to what is planned for the new period. Explain why it's needed. Why there is an EOWG for accessibility and bot for other fields (or not as much effort at least). * The deliverables section could try to give some idea of the work involved in each deliverable, although I can't think how.
