EOWG, As previously announced[1], the WCAG Working Group plans to publish a second WCAG 2.0 Last Call Working Draft in December 2007. The following draft documents have user interface (UI) changes: * Quick Reference http://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/quickref/20071211/Overview.php Many of our previous suggestions have been implemented in this draft. * Understanding WCAG 2.0 Editors Draft/Review Version http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/WD-UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/ Previously this was one large document. Now each topic is its own Web page. For example, if from the Quick Reference you click "Understanding SC 2.4.8" you get: http://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/WCAG20/WD-UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20-20071211/navigation-mechanisms-location.html Please review the user interface of these draft documents for: * Is the functionality clear? * Is it clear what page you are on and what information you are looking at? * Is it clear where the links go? * Is anything confusing? * How can it be made more intuitive? Please send your thoughts to the EOWG list as soon as possible this week. *NOTE*: Please clarify what you think is extremely important to consider changing for this version, versus what is not vital and can be considered for the next version.
