Hello, I recently conducted a review of a municipal web site using the evaluation template at http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/template.html. I found it to be immensely useful in setting up the basic structure of my document, and have some feedback as well. My final document ended up with the following headings: Executive Summary Background About The Evaluation Web Site Reviewed Reviewer Review Process Results and Recommended Actions Priorities for Improving Site Accessibility Accessibility Features Summary of Checkpoints Met Detailed Results For Checkpoints Not Met General Recommendations Recommended Next Steps Additional Resources Provincial (Ontario) Resources Federal (Canada) Resources W3C Resources and Automated Testing Suites Breaking down the results into "checkpoints met" and "checkpoints not met" was really helpful for my client. I'm not sure if that was the intention of the original template with respect to Accessibility Features vs. Detailed Results. If it was the intention, the language in that section could be clarified to make it more obvious. regards, emma -- Emma Jane Hogbin, B.Sc.
