I read the Overview and it looks like everything from the 4/28 EO meeting was included and well. I still worry about the title of the document, "Understanding WCAG 2.0". The Overview defines its use clearly -- a detailed reference or annotation to 2.0. This actual use of the document should appear in the first paragraph of the of the introduction of "Understanding...2.0" the reader should be sent back to the overview for guidence. Right now the title Understanding WCAG 2.0 is something a person could find on Google and take it to be the entry point to studying WCAG 2.0. We want them to see the Overview first.
