Today and tomorrow (Oct 27 and 28) I have two talks about: "Business benefits of Accessible Web content" Audience: Managers of Touristic Companies (incoming agencies, travel agencies, hotels, restaurants) Location: Salerno, near Napoli Redings: Developing a Web Accessibility Business Case for Your Organization http://www.w3.org/WAI/bcase/Overview and How People with Disabilities Use the Web http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/PWD-Use-Web/ Feedback (first day): Managers were impressed by all social, ethic, commercial and business benefits deriving from accessible Web. They really had no or few informations about Web accessibility. Many managers will implement Web accessibility principles in their Web sites in short terms ;-) I'm very happy ;-) Regards ciao Pasquale
