Hi, Natasha, I second Shadi's thanks for starting the review and checking in. :) About the scope of your comments: This is an interim step of putting the re-organized pages on the new site as soon as feasible, as described in e-mail[1] and discussed at the recent teleconferences[2]. We plan to do a significant re-write of the content later in 2005 or 2006. Note that we do not plan to announce these pages as complete until after the next iteration (so this interim solution shouldn't get much attention). The main focus of the current editing and review is ensuring that the documents stand alone.[3] We also want to address any serious concerns with the content now, and record issues to address for the next revision. It looks like the scope of your review is right on target. What is needed is indication if you think the issues you point out must be addressed before we put these interim pages on the new site, or if they may be addressed with the upcoming content revision. About the format: The comment feature in Microsoft Word is difficult for some people to access and use (some people may not even have Word). Here are other options, in the order easiest for the editor to process: 1. use the format Shadi lists below. put those comments into the Call for Review survey form. (e.g., here is the output from comments in a previous form on the business case: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/wai-eo-editors/2005Aug/0010) 2. put comments in the format below. send them to an EOWG list. (e.g., http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2005JulSep/0144.html) complete the form and in the comment field, put the URI of your e-mail in the list archives (listed at: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-eo/2005JulSep/) 3. send your comments any way you can (even comment feature in Word) and ask someone to post them in a format that others can get to them :-) Feel free to call me if you have any more questions or need clarification.
