READINGS to prepare for teleconference:
	* Documents listed under "2. Before/After Demo (BAD)" below

1. Outreach updates (brief)
- please send to EOWG mailing list in advance, note any trends or issues for EOWG discussion

2. Before/After Demo (BAD)

A primary purpose for the Before/After Demo is to show common accessibility problems and how they can be fixed.
For more information, see:
- Before/After Demo Task Force (BAD TF) Work Statement:
	http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/badtf.html
- Requirements for Before/After Site:
	http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/retrofit/requ-basite.html
- Concept draft of demo site:
	http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/

For discussion:
* Features of the demo site:
	http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2005/Demo/features
- lists which accessibility barriers ("features") to be covered in the demo (grouped by Web page sections & table, form, etc.)

* General: Does this approach meet the objectives? (See the Requirements document, "Purpose" section, and 2. Bad Site ["Inaccessible Site"], under "Structure" section.)

* Features list: Are the most significant barriers included? Are any significant or common barriers missing that would be effective to demonstrate?

NOTES:
- The demo is an early concept draft only. The visual design and content (text) are not ready for review yet.
- See also Shadi's e-mail "List of BAD features - for discussion this Friday 26 August, 2005":

IRC reminders and tips:
* IRC is supplemental to the call. Some participants do not have IRC. All substantive comments should be said verbally in the call (not just in IRC).
* to type a side comment that will _not_ get recorded in the minutes, type /me comment - e.g.:
/me hopes Andrew had a good biking trip
- will come out: *shawn hopes Andrew had a good biking trip
