The document looks great!
...but in section "The Implementation Cycle", I find the tone a little
too moderate ("more likely" etc). For example:
| When authoring tools make a feature easy to implement, developers are
| more likely to implement it in their content
might be better worded in terms such as:
| When authoring tools make a feature easy to implement, developers will
| not need to manually implement it in their content
I don't necessarily like "manually implement" since they may be using
different tools for "partial remedy" but I hope you understand what I'm
trying to get at.
