2. Concerns with the current wording
My name is Chuck Letourneau and I am a commaholic. It is has been six 
months since I last overused the comma. [grin]
3. Suggestions for revision
When this document gets a copy edit about half the commas ought to be deleted.
4. Reasons for the revision
Might make the text easier to read.
