Problems with this page:

Netscape 4.7: nasty stylesheet problem... text overwrites navigation.
Netscape 7.0: ok (patience needed... page appears to hang the browser, but 
it eventually returns control)
Opera 6.05: OK (but different than NS 7.0)
IE 5.5: page automatically redirects me to 
http://europa.eu.int/information_society/topics/citizens/accessibility/web/text_en.htm 
(I'm not sure why).
